Yes. Before receiving any IV drip, you'll complete a brief medical questionnaire and have a consultation with our Registered Nurse. This helps us recommend the most suitable treatment while prioritising your safety.

Our IV drips are designed to support hydration, immune health, energy levels, recovery after exercise, general wellness, skin health and recovery after travel or social events. IV therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
IV therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including some heart, kidney or liver conditions, or those with allergies to any ingredients used. Eligibility will be determined during your health assessment.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform us before booking. Treatment will only be offered if it is clinically appropriate following assessment.

We accept EFT and other approved electronic payment methods. Payment is required before or at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.
Yes. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
